Dock Boss is one of the newest self-appointed captain to join our Tiny Tides™ Collection — a fuzzy little seagull in his own trucker hat, squawking orders from atop his piling like he owns the place. Spoiler: he's posted the sign himself. "My Dock, My Rules" isn't up for debate.
