Shipping
All Salt & Spray Co. products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our US production partners. Every order is made specifically for you — so please allow a little extra time compared to off-the-shelf retail.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times (after production)
US Standard: 2–5 business days
US Economy: 4–8 business days
International: 10–30 business days depending on destination
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind — please check the size chart on each product page (our Comfort Colors tees have a relaxed fit; most folks order their usual size). That said, we stand behind our quality 100%.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@saltandsprayco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle, no need to ship anything back.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible — we can usually help within a few hours of purchase, but once an order is in production we can't cancel it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to us at hello@saltandsprayco.com — we'll do our best to make it right.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
